Site Update Coming Tomorrow

Hello Sharers,

Normally we just post site down announcements in our status forum. However for this coming upgrade our forum will also be offline. We will be taking the site down for maintenance and upgrades tomorrow as we work to improve the service. The web sites, the ability to upload from devices and via email, feeds to the ShareOnline client and the forums will be offline during the outage. We will announce when the site is back up. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

I have just updated the announcement post to better explain the situation most of you are in. First, your data should not be lost. What has most likely happened is you have a second account. Please look at the updated information in this blog post and if that does not work, email our support team at the address listed.
