Yo Bro

Your Share on Ovi service is a joke. Shut it down and outsource it to Google or MSN, one of the big boys who really know how to run a web service. Stick to what you know, making phones. You're wasting your $ and destroying shareholder value by trying your hand at web services.

I just registered yesterday and I'm really liking this whole OVI service. The site is simple to use and pleases the eye with simple and colourful layout. One place to do it all. Keep up the good work!

I am very confused about the whole transition.

You sent me instructions that my new account name is "ecyrd-share", but I can't reset it because it has the same email address as my Nokia Account "ecyrd" - if I try to reset it, it will reset my account for "ecyrd", not "ecyrd-share".

However, it looks like my content from the old account was copied to the new account - but I can't understand why on earth you sent the email to me about the change in the first place? Do I now have to do something or not? Is there an "ecyrd-share" account still lying around somewhere, and I can't access it?

You see ! It really seems that everyone has got this very problem, and they don't even figure it out.

I had the same problem as Janne - I can't reach my old (and renamed) Share account because Share seems to have changed my password, and I can't reset it because it has the same email as my Nokia account.

Unfortunately, my old content was not moved to the Nokia account. What can I do about this?

Here's a suggestion: how about adding a link in the Nokia account that lets me move content from an old Share account directly to the Nokia account?
